Claiming your myreal.bio username
How usernames work, what characters are allowed and why some names are reserved.
Your page lives at myreal.bio/yourname. Usernames are 2 to 24 characters and can contain lowercase letters, numbers, dots, dashes and underscores.
Reserved and protected names
Names of well-known brands, products and public figures are protected. If you represent one, claim it with a verified account and we will release it to you after a quick check. Words used by the site itself (login, support, terms and similar) cannot be registered.
Changing your username
You can change it once every 30 days from the dashboard. Your old name is held for 14 days so your links keep working while you update them, then it becomes available again.
Short handles
Two and three letter names are reserved for myBIO ULTRA members. Upgrade, then pick one from the dashboard if it is free.
