About the name change
myreal.bio was previously operated as look@bio at lookat.bio. On November 4, 2026 the service was renamed to myreal.bio. These Terms replace the lookat.bio Terms of Service in full. Accounts, pages, subscriptions and invite codes created on lookat.bio continue under these Terms without any action from you. References to "lookat.bio" or "look@bio" in older emails, receipts or pages mean myreal.bio.
1. Who we are and what this is
myreal.bio ("we", "us", the "Service") lets you create a public profile page at myreal.bio/yourname that links to your accounts on other platforms. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and invite codes
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. During launch, creating an account requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are single-use, non-transferable for sale, and may be revoked if misused. Selling or auctioning invite codes is not allowed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for everything that happens under your account. Usernames are first come, first served, but we may reclaim a username that impersonates a person, brand or organization, is inactive for 12 months on the Free plan, or violates these Terms. Verified badges are granted after we confirm you control the linked accounts and may be removed if that stops being true.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your content as needed to run the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including names, logos and images.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to: impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; link to malware, phishing, scams or counterfeit goods; post sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery; harass, threaten or dox people; promote violence or hate; spam, sell invite codes, or run automated bulk account creation; or break any law. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
6. Third-party platforms and payments
Links to GitHub, Discord, Instagram, PayPal, Roblox and other platforms are provided by you and lead to services we do not control. Payment links (PayPal, Cash App, Ko-fi, Stripe, crypto) connect visitors directly to your own accounts. We never hold funds, take a cut of tips, or act as a payment processor. Disputes about payments are between you, the payer and the payment provider.
7. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans (BIO+, myBIO+, myBIO ULTRA) are billed monthly or every 3 months in USD in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your page stays live on the Free plan and links above the free limit are hidden, not deleted. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
8. Custom domains
You must own or have the right to use any domain you connect. We may disconnect a domain that infringes trademarks or is used in violation of these Terms.
9. Analytics and privacy
We collect page views and link clicks to show you analytics. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 4, 11 and 12 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, that your username is permanently reserved, or that third-party links keep working. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 20 if you paid nothing.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page and, for paid users, by email at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
